Privacy policy

We keep this simple, because what we do with your information is simple.

What we collect

When you enquire or book, you share the details needed to arrange your trip: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, group size, travel dates, surfing level, and any dietary or medical notes you choose to give us so we can look after you on board.

How we use it

Only to arrange and run your charter: replying to your enquiry, confirming your booking, organising airport transfers, provisioning the galley, and keeping in touch about your trip. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone beyond what is needed to operate the trip itself.

This website

The site does not run advertising trackers. Enquiries sent through the form are processed by Netlify, who host this website, and forwarded to us by email. Anything you send by email or WhatsApp reaches us directly at odysseymentawai@gmail.com or +62 823 3999 5686.

Questions or removal

If you would like the details you have shared with us corrected or deleted, email odysseymentawai@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
